I haven't shot a wedding in ages, but when a long time client of mine asked me to be the photographer for her best friend's wedding, I couldn't say no. I am so happy I said yes because I've met two more extraordinary people in this world. Melissa and Dan are incredibly uplifting, fun and loving people you simply want to be around.

But before the wedding, I got to shoot Melissa's and Dan's engagement pictures. It's quite difficult to take a bad picture of Melissa with her boldly beautiful red hair, even when I screw up. While getting to know them during our shoot it's obvious that they are meant to be together. Their energy is infectious. Dan and Melissa, I wish you both the very best.
